0 The LG DoublePlay™: An Awesome Phone For Multi-taskers

This post brought to you by LG DoublePlay™. All opinions are 100% mine.

The LG DoublePlay™

This state-of-the-art Smartphone is perfectly suited for the needs of busy individuals who need to keep up with their professional and personal responsibilities while they are on-the-go. This phone seems like the ultimate social networking and multi-tasking handset.  I don’t use my phone for social media as much as I’d like, because it just doesn’t have the capability.  My phone is fine for talking, and I send 100 or so texts each month to my friends, but that is about it.  With a phone like LG Doubleplay I could be on twitter and Facebook and interacting with my social networks much more frequently.

The new LG DoublePlay™ is equipped with the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system. This phone empowers users like no other. Offering seven home screens and nine touch screen shortcuts; this is one of the coolest phones I have come across. It is so cool that it features a split QWERTY keyboard and dual capacitive touch screens: a 3.5-inch main display and 2.0-inch sub display. This cell phone lets you manage the screens independently or in tandem as per your wish.

With all these hot features, Could this phone possibly improve your social life? Leave your comments!

Finally, if you’re wondering how to buy this phone, it is available exclusively on the T-Mobile. So if you are even half the social media freak as I am, you should check it out.

0 Keep Laptop Safe While Traveling

There has been a great increase in the number of both business and personal travelers who need to bring their laptop along on their travels. Keeping yourself and your laptop safe requires paying attention to three major areas: airport safety, hotel room safety and personal safety.

  • Get your laptop safely through the airport. Protect against theft by keeping the laptop close to you at all times.
  • Keep your laptop safe in your hotel room. When you leave your room, store your laptop in your in-room safe.
  • Protect your personal information. No matter how careful you are, there is a chance that your laptop could fall into the wrong hands.

This post brought to you by Norton Small Business by Symantec. All opinions are 100% mine.

Viruses and other threats can attack your computer so easily. Just browsing websites puts you at risk. Symantec Norton 360 has done a great job protecting my computer against threats. Just a few months ago I had no virus protection and I managed to get a really stubborn virus that was tough to get off. I sat and worked probably 2 hours to get this thing off my computer because if I didn't act fast so much would be at risk. All my credit card numbers, my social security number and online business transactions are on my computer. Anyone could have had access to them. That scared me so much so immediately I asked my brother what he'd suggest. So after a conversation with him I downloaded free anti-virus software because he said it worked pretty well without having to pay a ton. Then a few weeks later he got a new virus so went out and bought Symantec Norton since the free version wasn't doing its job. Since then we've both suggested it to my younger brother who downloaded it onto his computer as well and I've suggested it to my uncles as well because they've been having issues as well. Before this year I'd never had a major issue with viruses but they seem to be getting even more aggressive every year and are spreading to more and more sites that seem safe. Anyway since installing Norton 360 (which was very easy, might I add) I haven't experienced any issues. Norton 360 has made me feel so safe while surfing the internet.

New Message-494

Nearly 1 out of 3 small business owners admitted technology is a major priority. Did you know that almost 6 out of 10 small business owners admitted having internet security issues, having malicious software on their computers, in the past three years.   Half of those people had to pay an expert to solve the problem. That is why, as a small business owner you need Internet Security.

0 Reduce business and leisure travel costs

By booking discount packages that include airfare and hotel. Add a rental car to your package and you will pay less for each component of the package than it would cost individually. You can often save enough on package trips to cover the cost for a companion.

  • Plan your vacations ahead and visit less popular destinations.
  • Trade shows, conventions and major sports events like the Super Bowl can push the price of your travel up. The convention and visitor's bureaus usually know about these events, at least a year in advance.
  • Buy trip cancellation insurance that covers your trip and unexpected delays.
  • Always book discount packages with a credit card. It is much easier to get a refund if something goes wrong.
