Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of © Blue Shield of California for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Monday, I was home alone and decided to give it a try and get the hiccups myself. I thought it wouldn't hurt if nobody could see or talk to me. I tried burping on purpose; eating pepper sauce and leaning onto my stomach but it didn't work. Once I felt as I was going to get them, you know this pressure on my stomach but it was wrong. I thought that if I could get them I would try and record them and send it to the list! Then when I was loading the washing machine I let a loud one out! But it was only one! And I guess I have prevented others from coming cause I'm so used to! You know, I can't stand having the hiccups. Ever! But I wished to try.

I remember that when I was a child I usually got the hiccups from laughing too much. I would get them still now, but I've learned how to prevent them from coming or from going on. Thanks to Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice.

Blue Shield of California has recently launched a dynamic duo that is there to answer your questions in a funny and quirky way.  Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice offers an informative yet helpful approach at tackling your healthcare questions.  They also offer very informative videos… and I must say that Bob is my favorite, he is the funniest. Every day Dr. Jim and Bob scan the internet to find folks with health questions. Then they respond by posting a reply and a link back to a video they've made on Facebook that addresses that question.

You can visit their Facebook page if you want to know these guys or if you have any questions about insomnia, diarrhea, hiccups among other things.

Blue Shield is a not for profit company who offers easy access to alternative care, like chiropractors and acupuncture. They offer easy access to great doctors and a wide range of affordable health plans.

Take a look at this vide about hiccups.  I deal with it from time to time; maybe they have some pointers for you.

I really like the hiccups one because it was super useful, though I did drink water upside down last time and it did work for me!
