0 Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of © Blue Shield of California for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Monday, I was home alone and decided to give it a try and get the hiccups myself. I thought it wouldn't hurt if nobody could see or talk to me. I tried burping on purpose; eating pepper sauce and leaning onto my stomach but it didn't work. Once I felt as I was going to get them, you know this pressure on my stomach but it was wrong. I thought that if I could get them I would try and record them and send it to the list! Then when I was loading the washing machine I let a loud one out! But it was only one! And I guess I have prevented others from coming cause I'm so used to! You know, I can't stand having the hiccups. Ever! But I wished to try.

I remember that when I was a child I usually got the hiccups from laughing too much. I would get them still now, but I've learned how to prevent them from coming or from going on. Thanks to Dr. Jim and Bob's Fun & Helpful Health Advice.

I really like the hiccups one because it was super useful, though I did drink water upside down last time and it did work for me!

0 No nonsense: style made easy

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of No nonsense for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Usually I’m a jeans kind of gal, but this Fall I wanted to step up my fashion game and incorporate some leggings and tights to change the look and feel of my usual outfits. I was given the opportunity to review the No nonsense tights and leggings and I was very impressed! The quality of the tights and leggings was very good, the fact that No nonsense can be found at your local drugstore, as well as your supermarket and mass retail stores makes them an affordable way to change up your style!

No Nonsense Leggings are fashionable and comfortable and it is available in simple colors from jean style to fishnet.  What I like most about these leggings are the unique control tops that are versatile to be used as a belly slimmer or folded down for a sporty look.

No nonsense Tights is an essential part of a fashionable closet collection.  What I like about these tights is the quality of the fabric that is thick and durable and the mid-rise control top that sits comfortably on the natural waist line. You can wear your favorite dresses all throughout winter or wear that super short skirt with class.

No nonsense recently partnered up with Jill Martin. Jill is a fashion stylist and TV personality, and the co-author of, The New York Times, bestselling guide, "I Have Nothing to Wear" You may have also seen her on Access Hollywood as the New York Correspondent.

You can find Jill and No nonsense on Twitter and Facebook, where she will be offering suggestions and advice and fashion tips, using the colorful tights and super comfy leggings that will definitely complete and accent many outfits!
